Der ist direkt im Regierungsviertel -seit vielen Jahren. Um die Ecke der Rheinpromenade, dem Landtag und dem Apollo-Theater. Ganz viele Touris laufen dort rum &#8211; und ich, wenn ich in die Altstadt zum Schumacher oder zu Moni&#8217;s Eltern laufe.
